Don't know, kids where hanging around this abandoned building as the views are stunning from the last floor, hope nobody gets hurt as there no precautions whatsoever
I pass along that building for years dreaming to make it my house - dreams are for free

This is capital of the country with over 2 million citizens
Weather is gream and dull til now, but tomorrow's forecast is for sun and up to 17C

Alex, What was the  abandoned building to be used for when it was built  ?

  The video  looked like it was shot  at sunset?
