This is my first quick flight over water with my Mavic Air i left all my downward sensors on didn't have any issues.

Great footage - love waterfalls - your 'dronie' style coming back from the waterfall near the trees was impressive. Being into photography more myself I must have seen about 50 stills in that - you should freeze frame and import some of it - they would look stunning!

Thanks on that, I mean it's my first time flying the mavic is my first mavic I also own a p4p and had flown over water before, i never know if its best to turn off downward sensors or what not I have never turned them off I hear people say turn them off etc so I didn't know my self what behavior it was going to have...

Yea at the beginning of the video I went with 120 by 1080p I think it’s pretty cool

Very nice! Took my Mavic Pro out over the Southern Ocean last week - magic, however I did freak out a little when all I could see was ocean and an endless horizon ... brought her quickly back to land after that!

I was born in Methuen, raised in Salem NH and moved to FL in 89. know your area well. Nice Video, IMO the reason you had no problem was because you had sufficient altitude over the water, downward VPS/OAS becomes a factor when you are close to the water at say 4-6' altitude.

Thank you very much it just recently snowed not too long ago a few days ago was a monster storm here had no power for 3 days and the wind won’t let me fly

Yes it is I shot it at 120fps 1080p it’s pretty good
