Took all day to figure out how to do this.

First I copied the file to ICE, Didn't know about the ratio 2 to 1

Then had to edit  it to get the ratio right, and the <50 mb

Tried 5 times to upload to Skypixel using 10E with no sucess . Ended up using Chrome.

I know it's not real good but I am just getting started.

So enjoy it and don't be to harsh on me!

Congratulations! You are definitely on the right way, but it looks a bit bend though. Maybe you can try the stitching with another software or only ICE and then upload to Skypixel? Scenery is very nice!

Not at all mate - I wouldn't even know how to edit what you did and always appreciate peoples efforts on here. It was a cool shot for sure! And don't worry, I won't stop encouraging other forum members. Adding 3 points to my 24,000+ isn't my motive

Wachtberger,
I tried ICE only but I couldn't change the ratio to 2 to 1 and the file size was 137mb, way to large for Skypixel. I used GIMP to reduce the image so I could Upload it.

Any advise is always appreciated.

How exactly do you change the ratio to 2:1 in ICE?

I thought I found it when you go to export the Pano in ICE. But I think it was wrong of me to say that now.
Where the height and width was I put in 10000 to 5000 and I thought that was the ratio I wanted. Didn't notice at the time ICE changed the 5000 to 3720.

Sorry to say I was wrong saying ICE changed the ratio to 2 to 1. ...

Thanks for asking and  If there is an answer to your question . I need it to. Hope someone has it!

You can do everything with DJI Go. You don't need to use ICE or a computer.

A pano is 360 degrees by 180 degrees, so that is where the two to one ratio comes in.  When my mavic pro takes a sphere pano, it comes out to be 360x136.  It can't shoot straight up, and misses the top.  So you have to stretch it abit, and I found you can do this with the canvas tool in windows 10 Paint 3D.  But when you view the resulting image in a pano viewer, it has a fish eye like effect.  Stuff around the edges of the frame appear distorted.

Wachtberger,
When  you stitch in ICE and go to export it the ratio is not 2 to 1 (W to H). Skypixel will only upload a 360 pano that has a ratio of 2 to 1. From all the videos on Youtube on 360 Pano they use Photoshop to resize the pano to meet Skypixel requirements.

This is the answer I got from the WEB.
To make this image into a 360 image with the required attributes, you must open it in your preferred image editor and adjust the size so the height is exactly half the size of the width, to make a 2:1 ratio (important)

jerome42,

I do stitching in DJI GO4  and download it to my Ipad.  Does the app stitch using the ratio 2 to 1??

You have a tutorial here it's the same menu for Mavic Pro : https://store.dji.com/guides/how-to-use-sparks-pano-mode/

When it's finished you have an option for exporting the panorama to skypixel in the app.

Ok, things have then changed with the Mavic Air. It perfectly stitches the 360 panos itself, no need to do anything else.

Dang, this was easier than I thought.  The Mavic Pro really will stitch them together for you.  You just have to remember to play back the photos after you land, then you pick the sphere pano, and it stitches it and downloads it to your phone.  But it uses the jpeg files, so if you are looking for the highest quality, you will need to do something else.
