Hi all,

I’ve got an issue where my firmware version of my Osmo Pro is showing as “Unknown” and have no way of determining what it is. It was like this when I bought the product from my supplier here in the UK and I haven’t updated it since nor has the DJI GO app asked me to update any firmware since I’ve had it.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could fix this? I need to find out what my firmware is so I can use the Focus Handwheel 2.

Thank you Elektra, I got it working by doing a fresh re-install of the latest firmware.
