hello every one , i m new to this forum and this drone toy
i just got my first mavic pro platium, it was great but some how the gimbal or camera  just point horizontal 90 dregree,or stairght down verticaly at 0 dregree
even i just touch the control button it still go all the way up or down,
please help me or link me to some where that can help

Are you talking about the control "Wheel" for the gimbal or one of the "C" buttons on the bottom of the controler?

the top one what it say in the manual  for up and down or zoom in or out
is that the right one ? the litter one by the side with the record button on the lelf and it on the right side

i did that , and the gimbal is good

Try to factory reset your drone...

The wheel on the left side/front controls the gimbal up & down, the small toggle button on the lower right of the LCD screen can be preset in the settings as well as the C1 & C2 buttons on the bottom of the RC. You should be able to Pan the gimbal up and down using the wheel.
