I cannot take any photos or videos with my spark anymore. Can anyone help me?

I did. I also deleted everything in the Dji go app. Every video and it still is not working

Copy everything from the SD card and format the card using Go app. Also if you have another SD card try using the card.
If everything fails then better to check with DJI as I am out of options.

Hi there, may I know which SD card do you use? Is there any error message when taking pictures or videos? Please try to format the SD card or change another working one to see whether it works.

UHS-1 Micro SD card

Just start the spark (don't take off) and take some photos and videos, if this is available then the SD card is good and the problem is with the app or an option causing the problem.

May be refreshing the FW may help too

Just to verify, has the drone been involved in the crash or hard landing before? Does the issue appear suddenly? Is there any chance change to another working SD card to verify? I'm sorry it's hard to tell the current status according to your description for now...

Is has not crashed before and this just happened after I was using active track. I do not know what is happening but the drone is pretty much useless now since I am unable to use its camera
