Copy everything from the SD card and format the card using Go app. Also if you have another SD card try using the card.
If everything fails then better to check with DJI as I am out of options.

Just start the spark (don't take off) and take some photos and videos, if this is available then the SD card is good and the problem is with the app or an option causing the problem.
Just to verify, has the drone been involved in the crash or hard landing before? Does the issue appear suddenly? Is there any chance change to another working SD card to verify? I'm sorry it's hard to tell the current status according to your description for now...
Is has not crashed before and this just happened after I was using active track. I do not know what is happening but the drone is pretty much useless now since I am unable to use its camera
