Do anyone knows if mavic air in 5.8 ghz mode suppory ECC standart?

Whatever you meant in your question (CE or FCC), you have it both:

I mean can it work at 5.8 GHz under CE standart, but now i see CE works both for 2.4 and 5.8

In CE mode unfortunately not. You find all specs incl. range in the various modes here: https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#specs

There will be less interference in 5.8GHz, it will be helpful if you fly in urban areas. For better range, you can switch to 2.4GHz in open place.
