Well. it is on it's way, we finally have sun from 8 o'clock in the morning to arounf 5'o clock in the afternoon. That said, we could still get lots of snow in march and april! For me here in Norway, spring is just as much about getting the sun and daylight back
Using the medium of Black & White is good but in a lot of shots it looks like either bright or too much contrast. You have to more or less get it bang on. You can get away with a lot of things in normal colour but B&W the sun can ruin a nice shoot. Filters are good to use for these reasons. It's a hard balance between keeping the detail and getting the overall exposure correct. Nice vid and good to see thinking out of the box.

Thanks, this colour correction thing is really hard. Ended up using a LUT.
It's a case of suck it and see depending on the how the sun is in relation to subject. You can get the settings perfect and then make a change in direction and it's washed out again. Exactly the same with normal camera settings and composition - A pain in the tush to nail but 100% worth it when you do.
