Hi, I have come across this website which looks like it has answered all of my prayers. It sells phantom parts used, so that they are much cheaper but it also comes with a 12 month warranty which surprises me.

Has anyone had any experience with this company, I haven't heard of it before but it looks good. I am always concerned when buying electronics off eBay as I don't know if they will then break the next day.

It ships internationally if anyone would like to try them out.

I am slightly concerned that they will run off with my money as I haven't heard of them before.
Do you think I should use them?

I have not used or heard of this company myself but i think your right to be cautious , i took a look at the web site and there is no contact address or phone number ? most genuine  sites will have contact details etc .  I f i were to make a purchase from an unknown site i would use a secure payment method like Paypal at least then you are covered also buy something small as a test  .

The authorised dealers are always so expensive, I am yet to find one that does used parts...

Early phantom models can be found at car boots for little money ,so may well be a good source of  the spares you require?

Makes no difference , i purchase from small businesses all the time , like i said earlier give them a try with something small in value  also   i stand corrected about the contact details  ( sorry for my mistake )  

Yes, I think I will give them a try with one of their gimbal mounts - they are only 3.99 including shipping.

I can confirm that I received the gimbal mount on Thursday, which is extremely quick delivery.

I think I will do the larger order now.

I would highly recommend them and they seem to have good reviews too.
