I recently sent back my Mavic Pro for repairs. After the customer service failed to understand my issue or even communicate properly with me. I asked them to send my Mavic Pro back to me in the condition I shipped it to them.
When I received back my Mavic Pro, the gimbal was not reassembled properly, and the gimbal clamp was not put on properly. - SEE THE IMAGES BELOW
I shipped the Mavic Pro back to DJI immediately to reassemble properly and make sure the Mavic didn't have any additional issues.
NOW, DJI is telling me the repairs will cost $300.00 to fix. Just wrong DJI!
Please return my Mavic Pro back to me in the same working condition I originally shipped to you!
