Hi, noticed i had a few points but whenb i try to put in an amount  say 3000 it says  minimum must be 1800, whats that all about please?

If you are trying to convert them to cash, I think you have to do it 1800 points at a time.

I dont think that is the case here, i have tried 1800 and i get the same notification as i did with 3000

I think you're right but did you see it subtract?
If you had the 1800 points more, you would have more than 5000 and become one of those dammed DJI licking Captain's!

Ha ha, to be honest, I really do not know of it did or not, but if my current points are at 3000+ then surely I have enough to redeem, it's baffling...

No they don't deduct them. It is your total numer of points, that is why they tell what you already have redeemed.
You need a couple more to get to 3600 (1800 + 1800)

They show the total number of points. Not what you have 'left' after you exchange.
It fooled me the first time.

Well that explain it even i think it is odd. Imo the big red number should show what is available for redemption, then the little count under the profile picture could keep the total earned points.

That might be a nice improvement indeed.

Montfrooij is spot on. 3362 is the total number of points and will not deduct. Please check this when you got 3600 points or more.
