Can someone recommend One?

I only need basic functions and don't want to spend heaps but don't want the "free" ones that come with a lot of spam.

It gets too complicated converting 4K for Movie Maker just something basic pls you know cut sections out, join sections together.

Davinci resolve is very good although free like you say. I'm not sure if it comes with much spam.

I have been using Adobe Elements which is a poor man's Premiere. It does the job for me and is priced reasonably well.
