I recently made a thread drone not being able to take photos and videos despite the fact that the sd card is empty. I am thinking if it is a bug and if it could be fixed?

Sorry you are having issues.

You might try using different SD cards to see if the issue is with the sd card or with the aircraft. Also, have you confirmed that you are using the correct kind of SD card?

You might try to reformat the card in the aircraft to see if that helps.

Did you ooen up a case with DJI support?
A forum is a forum and might help sharing ideas and fixes for some issues but in the end the manufacturer can properly identify your issue and fix it

Nothing happens but I do have an update to still accomplish. This might be its cause

Please update the firmware to the latest version and try again, please also check if there are any error messages in the app. If the issue persists, please provide us with some screenshots for a further check. Thanks in advance.
