Does anyone know what it means when only 1 battery led flashing means?  Its the led furthest from the green circle.  I've had it on the charger but it does not seem to charge.  Any help would be appreciated. Thx

DJI GO 4 is constantly crashing on my Google Pixel 2 XL upon making upgrade to Android Oreo. It had been running fine on Android Nougat anyone else been encountering this same issue any way to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Shannon, please try to charge the battery directly, keep it charged for half an hour, if it still acts the same, I suggest sending the battery in if it is still within the warranty period (6 months). Please contact our support to start a case: http://www.dji.com/support

mine is doing the same will not charge.red light is still on.should I backup and reset?

Got it from a retailer, and ... I shouldn't really have complained. I know these are delicate things and can go bad sitting in the box. The retailer promptly sent me a replacement battery when I got around to telling them about it. I also bought a 2nd battery locally so now I have two and have been flying and quite loving it!

I had the same problem.  It means the battery is too hot to charge.  Most likely, it was just used.  After it cools down then it will charge.

once the battery is over discharged below a certain voltage, the battery will not recharge at all. It is a design flaw in the battery software, The battery needs to be reset but how you do that goodness knows.
