... have you tried contacting your credit card company?

They didn't cancel mine either, before it shipped, even after asking chat support and they told me they did, and emailing but getting no response, the thing shipped anyways. Best I got was an apology.... Probably end up reporting to BBB next.

I did contact them.  They have not answered.  

Ditto with nurzia.  The correct email address is onlinesales@dji.com

I forwarded a copy of my order confirmation with a short reason why I wanted to cancel and I got a cancellation confirmation in less than 24 hours.

I just tried sending another email.  This is nearly 48 hours of trying to cancel this order with no luck.  This is very frustrating.
