They didn't cancel mine either, before it shipped, even after asking chat support and they told me they did, and emailing but getting no response, the thing shipped anyways. Best I got was an apology.... Probably end up reporting to BBB next.

I forwarded a copy of my order confirmation with a short reason why I wanted to cancel and I got a cancellation confirmation in less than 24 hours.

I just tried sending another email.  This is nearly 48 hours of trying to cancel this order with no luck.  This is very frustrating.
