I got a Osmo Mobile and I think it's an amazing tool. I take a really good care of it, I don't drop it and I always keep it on a hard case.

Recently, I've noticed a "grinding" noise coming from one of the motors, has anybody here experienced this before? Here is the video:

Can you help to check if there is anything coming into the Roll axis gap which makes it hard to be spined?

Yeah, mine doesn't do that.  I think Mindy might be right - something got in there.

Yes, if the gap is clean enough while the noise is still there, please send in the device to DJI official repair center for further diagnosis.
