Since I have my MA I am not able to shoot one panorama. It always stuck at 7%, whatever the panorama. The astroid quickshot works.
Everything is updated. My phone is a galaxy s8.
And something really weird when I ask to do a horizontal panorama, the MA start to take a vertical picture, but anyway after 3 picture it stuck.
Any help?

Hi, can you try it with different device, with another phone or tablet? For best results you will want to keep unstitched images and stitch them on your computer anyway (In ICE for example https://goo.gl/92Rf02 ) , but I know...it still should work.

I have the galaxy s8 also works fine....but! It will fail if u are in "apas" mode or in sport mode. U have to be in pmode.... I found this out accidentally when I was in sport mode still and tested both apas and sport mode. Failed every time at 7% once I went back to pmode it was all good..... anyway if you still cannot figure it out, next suggestion would be just uninstall the app and then reinstall it.

I have heard there may be that issue when APAS in enabled. Try switching it off and trying again.

Turn off ASAP! It happened to me once. It deactivated it, and it worked fine.

I don't understand, I never turned on ASAP, Does ASAP turn on by default?

Do you use a fast micro SD card? Panorama doesn't work with slow cards...

I use 2 cards, both recommanded by DJI. No problems filming in 4k or astroid quickshot

Hi there, just to verify, are you using the MF mode when shooting the pano? Please try AF mode and see if it works. If it doesn't help, please provide me with a screen recording of this case as well as the firmware info, I will forward to our engineers to check.
