Sync Flight Records Failed

I have tried several times to sync my flights and it goes through the process of syncing by percentages but when it is completed there is a "Sync Flight Records Failed" message that appears.  Syncing has never been a problem in the past only in the last few weeks.  I have tried reconnecting the wifi connection and that does not help.  How can I fix this problem?

No only through the p4p+ DJI GO controller.

Sometimes it may change your total up even if it shows failed.   Check to see if your totals have gone up.

Hi there, just to verify, does the issue only appears in some flight records or all flight records? Could you tell us your DJI Account(the email address when you logged in DJI GO)? We'd like to check at our end as well.

Also, please kindly export the failed flight records and send to us for analysis, thanks!

The issue just started with my most recent flights.  Prior to that there were no problems in syncing flights.  Account email address is: hborchids@earthlink.net

I am not sure how to export the files you requested.  I am assuming those files should be on the p4p+ controller sd card.  However, the only files on the card are Lost.DIR and Upgrade log.  How do I transfer the files from the internal memory of the controller to the sd card?

While I do not know how the DJI GO syncing process works,  since it goes through the syncing process and reaches 100% and then the message that it failed comes up, it may be an issue with your server.  Just a thought.

a. Power on the controller and connect with PC.
b. Drag the screen and a bar will show up. Tap “USB connected” at the bottom and then “TURN ON USB STORAGE” on the screen.
c. You can find the file from here: DJI/dji.pilot.pad/FlightRecord/SyncResult.

have you tried clearing out some of the older files? I had a similar problem and clearing worked for me.

How do attach the sync file?  When I try to attach it says does not support that file type.  I also assuming you would want an example file when the sync worked and also one when it did not.

this can be resolved, but DJI has to do that on their servers... they will need you flight records (using Dropbox link) but it might take a long time
I had this problem for a few months, but at the end it was solved!!

I completed several flights yesterday and now the syncing works.  Looks to me as a initial problem with syncing mechanism for the flight records from 3/12/18 which was resolved when syncing flight records from 3/31/18.  Basically, a brain fart of the remote p4p+ controller.  All flights have synced.  

No further investigation necessary unless DJI wants to figure what caused the initial syncing problem.

I am facing similar problem with my Syncing - its stuck at the 30% mark when i try to sync from my ipHone or from the I2 console
