Hi.

I've a question related to my brand new DJI spark. I've bought the fly more package and one out of the two batteries doesn't want tto charge. I tried after tips on this forum to charge it with the cable, but it gives the same lights. Doesn anyone know what to do?

Never used the battery before by the way! I tried to first charge it together with the other battery, after the other battery has finished charging it gave a flickering green and red color.

I had to return one of my fly more batteries which had the same issues.. Turned around in about 2 weeks. You are near DJI service centre so  it should hopefully be quicker

I don't know if my charger went red, but the battery would not charge and showed a large cell variation in the Go 4 App.

Some time ago, my dealer told me that in some combos only one battery was working. Perhaps yours is one of that time, still?

DJI aint easy with returns...

Brief Description of the Damage
· Scanned/imaged copy of the Proof of Purchase (Purchase Receipt).
· Photos of the battery, including the Serial number.
· Screenshot of the battery info, from the DJI GO app (Settings > Aircraft Battery).
· Has the battery been involved in any rough landings or crashes? If yes, please send us the DJI account (email address) you used for that flight and the specific time of that flight so we can analyze the problem.

Also, kindly provide a short video clip showing the issue containing the following:
1. The clear shooting of a serial number of the battery bottom.
2. A workable battery that works well with the charger.
3. Test the faulty battery with the same workable charger (need to press the power button to prove if the battery is fully charged or cannot be turned on).
