hey guys I tried searching but couldn't find my error code. I'm trying to update my pro to v01.04.0300. the remote updated but drone gets to 40% and restarts. ive tried to update threw app, their drone will get to 67% but same thing fails. ive have assistant v1.2.2.845 and try to update but get error code 0x020104 at 40%.

This sounds very unpleasant. Have you tried a factory reset in DJI Assistant and then update again to the new firmware?

Uninstall and reinstall the dji go app and dji assistant 2 try it again after uninstall reinstall start with the dji assistant 2

What is the current version of your Pro's firmware? Perhaps it is too old.  

okay so update, I went back at refreshed v01.04.0100, after doing this drone is showing v01.04.0300? also new problem camera does not work, I get image but showing no sd card and no cam info as in iso and what not. I'm also unable to pitch cam and it real slow in movment

also I tried to reset camera setting on app and get a failure message

okay so reached 42% and update failed, undefined 0x0b2803 is the error code

i tried to downgrade to v01.04.100 and hit the norm 40% and drone restarted and failed again. out of ideas

Please provide me with your DJI account, I will help to forward a beta firmware to you to try.

Thank you, the beta has been forwarded. Please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V 01.03.0813.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version, see if it helps.

Okay thank you again. I will look to c if it is their

SO ive tried twice now, using assistant remote hooked to computer and drone connected to remote. first time reached 43% and got error 0x0b2803. Sec time it got to 66% and error 0x020103.
Anyone have any ideas?

Tried to do just drone connected to assistant but it only made it to 40% and error 0x020104

If so, you might need to send the drone back for repair. Please fill in some info on the online repair link of our official web and then send it back. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/en/SelfRepair/Area

So after call after call dji denied to warrant my pro. Said seeing how it had been crashed they could deny any part of the warranty. Even tho it flew fine and worked correctly before this last update. Guess I'll have to call insurance agent and get it covered. After this I wont update my platinum and never buy a dji product again! I could see if right after crash the drone wasn't right I'd accept it 100%. But drone flew fine, camera worked as intended until firmware update.
