I saw a set of carbon fiber props on ebay (not going to link because I don't know if is allowed plus I am not affiliated with this ebay auction)
I was wondering if anybody used them already. if so are they quiter? better battery life etc....

there is 1 youtube video but it is 2 min long and looks like the video was shot by a 5th grader

Carbon props are generally only cosmetic and don't enhance performance.

I would never use third party props.

Stiffer props could work better. Less noise and more flight time.

Totally agree mate! I used carbon props on my P3P back in the day and they made absolutely no difference to the noise, endurance or air speed. They just looked good. The other downside to carbon props is that they are very tough so if you catch your fingers in them spinning you'll probably end up with a broken hand rather than cut skin. I don't use them anymore as third party props can cause major issues.

Never ever use third party props: you'll never know when they might pop off
