So if one wants to connect bigger screen like iPad or Crystalsky to Mavic Air RC, there are 2 options
1. device output to micro USB port on RC
2. device output to USB port in the rear of RC
Question: which is more preferrable and why? Or they both are identical?

It's both the same. I prefer the rear middle one because the cable is out of the way of my hands.
