Does anyone know if the Phantom 2 New 2.4GHz Remote Control (left dial, built-in Lipo battery) will work with the A2 built in receiver?

And with Lightbridge through the trainer port?

the new phantom Tx will work perfectly with lightbridge. its been tested and working , however as its only capable of utilising 7 channels so you could consider a radio with more features inc sliders, telemetry etc.
when used in conjunction with lightbridge on a phantom , its an excellent upgrade option
and it can also be connected to flight sims via its trainer port.

Yes, the new 2.4Ghz RC could work with A2 built-in receiver, and it also supports to work with LB via the trainer port

If you are going to use it with the Lightbridge you will need to reverse the connection.  The Red end goes into the Lightbridge and the black end goes into the Tx.  Other that that I have tested with my P2Z3 with Lightbridge and my P2V+,  it works with both of them.
