Hi,

Newbie here just flew 1780 feet and boom I lost my connection. Is there anyway i can enhance my signal? I tried flying at 544 feet and the same result.

I uploaded a wrong map.

The range you can get very much depends on the environment you are flying in and as far as I know the transmission standard in China/Hong Kong is a limited one like here in Europe.

You are welcome and yes, areas without interference will give you more range.

But i dont think there’s a problem on my mavic air.

Must not be an altitude limitation in China?

I agree with Wachtberger, "The range you can get very much depends on the environment you are flying in" a lot of the newbies thinking they can get the range on whatever the instructions says and when they get a fly away they blame it on DJI.  This is not always the case.  Just imagine the drone as your cellphone, it will depend on where you are located on how much distance you can fly.

Yes, please note that environment is significant to the flight distance, if there are obstacles and interference around, the range might not be too far.
So please try to fly in another open wide area, make sure that the antennas are unfolded on the drone, and the RC antennas are pointed correctly to the drone.
You can also check and select a channel with good quality, you can change the channel on the WiFi settings. See if it helps.

Thanks for the advices, currently im using channel 2.4ghz not sure if channel 5 will work for me. Next week ill be flying somewhere remote without interference and tet again.
