For some very strange reason, and it could have been me but not sure how, my last weeks flight records have vanished. I try syncing and they will not come back. They were all originally synced from Go4 on a Crystalsky and I did see them in my records up until today. If possible can someone from DJI restore them as it would be much appreciated. Lesson learned and for all 107 holders I recommend writing it in your log book directly after the flight. Thanks for any help if at all possible.

Just checked Air Data and the flights did make there. Good news. But what happened to my Go flights ?

Hi, what is the model of your phone? If you are using Android device, here is the flight log path: /sdcard/DJI/dji.go.v4/FlightRecord/SyncResult You can enter it and check if there is any missing record.

The records are not on the Aircrafts sd card, they are stored in your CrystalSky.
You said they all show up at Air Data? There you have an option "Download Original".
That's a workaround to retrieve them.
I know that doesn't answer your question but its a way to save the records.

How can I get them from my CrystalSky5.5" and display them one a map or sync them online to open in another device?
