Thank you...on the channel is fine, you're not really bothering anyone and flying over water so it's your risk.
In the city is not recommended...i just took it up in the air really quick for 5 min

But the old part of the city is really great...you could take some really really nice shots...maybe early in the morning when the streets are still empty?
