Someone please, care to share the best FPS for "professional" editing on 4K ?

A sample video I did during the weekend , I noticed the 30 FPS is actaully 29.97 FPS.

P.S. I am in US

I had the SPARK before and a lot of issues, since SPARK records at variable FPS and needs re-coding before using any professional video editor.

Thanks in advance!

Stick with the 30 FPS (29.97) and you are well prepared.
If you are using additional footage from different sources such as GoPro or other digital media be sure to have these also set to 30 fps.

There is no easy answer for you, it all depends on what you want to output. If you want to create cinematic videos. Use 4k@24p with a shutter speed of 50. You might need some ND filters to get down to that shutter speed though. If you are using other devices to capture content, try to match framerates across them. It can be difficult to work with in post. e.g. mixing 24 and 30fps. You can mix 24 and 48 or 25 and 50 or 30 and 60, 90 or 120 because the framerates multiply into each other.
