Thought I would take my editing to the next level and see if I could make money in real estate sales. Has anyone else done this and what do you charge?

  What does it mean?

Looks like a nice place to live. Shouldn't have a problem selling it.

My one house was sold using aerial photos', Instead of a drone they used a helicopter. They have come a long ways since then.
Now I see that the drone is the number one way to shoot videos of homes for sale in my area.

Yes I can see that happening and that's unfortunate as it would eventually ruin the market for everyone in the field.

I liked the editing! how did you do the transitions? What software did you use to edit it?

I use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

It's called speed ramping. I slow a 60fps clip down by 50%. Near the end of the clips transition I ramp the speed up to 1000% into the next clip at the same 1000%. Ramp the next clip back down to 50% and start again..

Ya the lower bed pulled out on rollers. I have never seen anything like that before.

Great video!  I did some aerial shots for a friend of mine, but I never charged him, so I can't speak to that.  But this was great... I'm not in the market for a house in Hawaii, but I suddenly find myself interested in seeing more of this property!

It way by far the best place we have ever stayed at in Hawaii. We have done the hotel thing there before and it does not even compare.
