Amazing shot. Was it actually snowing during your flight?

Thanks!  Yes, it was snowing when I shot this...although, not really hard.  You can see the trees start to disappear into the background.  I edited it in a way that doesn't show the closer snowflakes coming down.

Very cool. I was going to fly my P4P last week in the mountains but it started lightly snowing so I didn't take it up thinking it would get ruined.

Yeah, I get a bit nervous about putting the drone up in snowy conditions.  The controller gets wetter than the drone, but I make sure to quickly dry them both once back inside.

Maybe I'll get a little braver and send it up in light conditions. Especially with the possibility of getting some awesome shots like the one you got.

Glad you like it!  I love that the drone can shoot in RAW (DNG), which is what I use with my DSLR.  Lots of editing flexibility.  I was looking for an angle that would give me a sense of depth, without being too wide or the straight-down shot.  Played around in Photoshop for the final look I was after.

Thanks.  It flew fine, but I didn't push any limits...just up for a few shots, then home...all manually controlled.

It looks really cold. I would recommend you warm up the battery if you want to fly in low temperature.

Thanks.  It was in the upper 20's F, so not too bad.  The battery temp was in the low 70's at take-off, and it was a short flight.
