regards,
I bought a, dji spark on ebay I have been around for about 1 month
the first day I opened DJI GO4 fast asked me to update which I gave them,
after  the last update only 4 red lights turn on and I get this error ESC  STATUS ERROR, before giving the update all set normal, it is worth  mentioning that I have never been able to fly my spark dji,
I have been with this situation for 1 month, could someone help me please?
honestly I feel desperate, since it came out quite expensive, and I have it lying in a corner like a paperweight
I will leave photos below.
here my spark SN:0ASUE7P00102QH

Did you try refresh or downgrade firmware using DJI Assistant 2?

Seems like a ESC update error: as what V_kingo mentioned, try to refresh the firmware or downgrade

Greetings friend
thanks for your answer and tutorial.
if I had already tried to put it in factory mode, also try to upgrade but it always gives me errors using DJI Assistant 2
I will leave photos below.

take off the clear bottom cover for the #3 motor (the one that is not lighting up).  take some close-up photos of the ESC board inside.  I'd be willing to bet it needs to be replaced.  Probably why it was on ebay in the first place.

If you're handy with a soldering iron, you can replace it yourself for about $30 in parts.  If you're not confident with that, find a repair place.

Maybe you can check in ""Find My Drone, ESC Beeping", if your ESC beeps or is faulty. (put your ear in the motor)

I agree with Robert.. the ESC is probably bad.. you can get them online for  less than $30 and it is just a few wires to solder.. Worth a try to fix it.

Yes my friend Ii resolved my issue, i bougth new ESC BOARD and all work perfectly

PD: A tip, when you are going to disarm the bad ESC board, shoot photos to the cables as they were so you do not get confused, otherwise remove them with care,
because you can break any of them, I hope this helps you!
and thanks to the people who helped me.

I would assume that at ESC calibration needs to be done after replacement

anyone ever done this with Assistant?  Anyone know, (for sure), the correct procedure...

Greetings, in my case yes I had to do a calibration,
since I had never used it, it came with that manufacturing problem,
When I opened my DJI SPARK, the box had its seals.
On the other hand I can assure you that if it is safe to change the ESC BOARD as long as I do it with extreme care, until now I have not had any type of inconvenience!
I hope it helps
