I'm thinking to fly my mavic air near to the sea and I have one doubt with RTH, please feel free to see my "awesome xD" painted explanation of the situation to understand that I'm trying to explain. If you activate (or automatic) RTH (set on 30m height) over the sea (70m height), after leave your place (20m height), what happens with the drone?? He will go up 10m more and then he will return? He will return without any change? He will go down 70m->30m and then return? maybe the water/sea can modificate RTH function? Anyone can explain it?

It will return at the height you set from you launch point.

The RTH height is relative to your start (or Home) point. So your RTH height is 30 m above your start point -  unless you're already above that height when RTH is initiated, in which case it will maintain current altitude above RTH altitude.

Yes it will ascend to the height you set at launch point (30m). My guess is you are flying off a cliff face and flying down towards the sea, it will descend lower than the launch point so shown as a minus height (-50m) hit RTH the aircraft will ascend to the height from launch point (30m) , so in effect to will climb 80m from sea level to reach your set RTH height.
