I had a Phantom 4 flyaway and DJI looked at the flight data and said they would send a replacement but its been so long without a drone and case seems to be stuck. Can a mod please escalate? CAS-1516298-B4J1F5 CRM 0001001851968 Thanks

Received my replacement  drone thank you. Can I just check does that give me another 12 months warranty? Thanks

Please note that if the drone is activated over 15 days and the crash is not caused by pilots's error, the warranty period of replacement drone will not be extended. Thanks for your support.
