Hey folks,

i Cannot use my 50% DJI Select Coupon for Mavic Air Care Select, although its listed in the supported products.
It always says that it cannot use the coupon for this product. What do do? It urgent, i activated my Mavic Air Today...
Will DJI Support help?

Michael, you need to purchase designated drones with DJI Care in one order when using the 50% discount. So if you are going to purchase the DJI Care Refresh only, the coupon is not available for this order. Thank you for your support. select.png

So i have to order another Mavic Air together with DJI Select and send the Air (I got yesterday) back?
This is complicated, but because I am in Germany, I have a 14 days return option....
