Hi.

Since last update I have started having some problems with mi Video Cache. Actually, my video transmision signal.

My Hardware:
- Mavic Pro
- Mavic Pro Remote Controler
- Nexus 5X

My Software:
- DJI Official Go 4 App.

My Problem:  (Examples)

Impotant Data:
- The video saved at the SD card is PERFECT.
- I was always at less than 100 meters from the drone.
- There are not electrical lines there.
- It happens every time with my NExus 5X.
- I tried updating my DJI Go 4 App and Reinstalling it.
- I tried updating my Mavic Pro firmware and the Controller

Maybe the mobile that is cuasing this. Try to decrease cash resolution in the DJI GO 4. If the resolution is 1080 or auto make it 720.

I,m not sure if this available now or where in the app can do this!

Another option is changing the Channel... I tried with all combinations, and Nothing.

There was, but seemes that dji time by time while developing the app forgot it!

Try with the resolution of the mobile it self and decrease it.

It sounds like the compatibility issue. I'm sorry that the mobile device you mentioned is not in the recommended list and the performance cannot be ensured. You can find the recommended mobile devices here: https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads
