Hi,

i have an brandnew DJI Inspire1 x5R.
Everything seem to work quit well accept the SSD´s.
i have 2 of them ( 512 Gb ) and none of them is working when i put them inside the X5R. On the Computer i can see them / open them / format them but the Software always tells me: SSD K/A.
Any suggestions ?

All firmware is updatet...

Did you insert SD card? Please provide us a screenshot with the error message. Thanks for your support.

Yes, the SD Card is in the slot and when i insert it, it immediately tells me how long i can film. When i insert the SSD nothing happens...

Sorry that we didn't see any pictures in the attachment, could you please attach again? Did you try to format SSD in Camera Settings? SSD is encrypted, we recommend to format in DJI Go APP.
