Iphone 8 plus will not balance on DJI Osmo mobile

Hey everyone just bought DJI Osmo Mobile and it will not balance with my Iphone8 plus!

- I've removed the case
- I've moved the arm all the way out

I've tried auto calibration does not do anything

please help

Hi, are you using osmo mobile 1? Please adjust the adjustable arm right until it is balance. Just checked with IPhone 8+ and it balances. Thanks for your support.

Yes its the Osmo 1 and I have the arm all the way out to the right and it still will not balance.

What happens when you have the Osmo Mobile OFF and you move the thing around a bit?
Does the phone fall to one side?

That is not how it is supposed to work. And you did push the phone all the way to the left?
And also extended the arm (you said so, but since I got it to work, I am looking for a solution since it worked with me).

I cannot get this to balance for the life of me. 8 plus no case with arm all the way out, falls to the left all the way down
