I own Osmo +, used in an iPhone 8 Plus as in an Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe, it recorded the audio normally, but in the last recording, some clips have audio, some do not.
Searching VERY MUCH, but VERY VERY, I discovered to be a very recurrent problem, with reports from 2016 until today, always the same problem, I even came to stop on this topic.
When the clips are opened by the DJI Go application in the editor, all videos have normal audio.
All settings are correct and active.
The audio monitor remains intact, even as the internal or external microphone, and from what I researched, the microphone that still captures audio is the microphone itself.
I have already resisted Osmo, I have already returned firmware, already updated firmware, and nothing seems to solve.
I do not think it's a hardware problem because of exactly the same amount of reporting, I believe it's a Software problem.
I wonder if anyone went through this, and how did you decide? |
