If you have a factory built or mass produced computer with a copy of windows pre installed or a radio rentals pc etc. Then you wont have enough clearance to allow a non signed driver to be installed, you need a clean pc with your own copy of windows installed without the aftermarket software recovery gear on it thats pre loaded, best option is to format pc delete all partitions, make a new partition and install a purchased copy of windows 10 and you will be in business ! You will still have to disable driver signing rule and the likes but you will be able to install the driver correctly at least ;)

I have same problem. I visit dji center here in Panama. They upgraded my mavic air to latest firmware but the problem persist. They say they don't know the problem. ait does not link to wifr or to the remote. Can the mavic air cab still be repaired? please help

Hi there, could you please tell me what your PC system type is (Window 32 or 64)?
And I got a new driver for you to try, I'll PM you the link. If you decided to use this driver, please install this driver when the RC is connected to the PC, keep the RC powered on during the installation. After finish, you need to restart the RC. See if it helps.

Using Win 10 x64 and the RC is not recognized.
Already started OS with no Driver Signature and same issue.

+1 please? AC connects fine in Assistant 2 1.2.5, but RC don't, keeps reconnecting... Thanks :-)

I got Mavic Air 2S and RC Pro controller,  installing on windows 11, and it only sees the controller as media storage, no DJI controller... need a driver,  thank you.
