Hi! My Mavic Pro fell down from the sky from 6m into the snow. First I thought its common problem with the battery, but DJI said it's problem that Mavic thought its ground in the air and turned off props and crashed. DJI said it's pilot mistake, but is it?! Why do Mavic need ultrasonic sensors, they should say to Mavic brains, that's still not ground and keep landing, not turn off props.

Who had a common problem?

Hi! CAS-1563383-D5T8Y0

Thank you!

Received with thanks! I've checked your case in our system, please find the data analysis result as below:

1.The aircraft worked in GPS mode.
2.The pilot was pushing the throttle down and pitch stick forward, the aircraft was descending and flying forward, it crashed at t=1033s, h=0m.
Conclusion: Pilot fault, chargeable RMA.

Per the data analysis, I'm sorry to tell you that this is not a warranty case. I'll attach the screenshot for better understanding.

But it couldn't crash to anything because of its clear place. And it wasn't 0m, it was 6m

Paul, the analysis is based on the flight log in the aircraft. Could you export the flight records as well for the double check? I'd like to forward to our engineers for further review. Thanks in advance.
