I am attempting to upgrade the firmware on the Inspire 2 through the Assistant 2 app.

Through this process, I was able to upgrade to V01.01.0010.

However, when I attempt to upgrade to either V01.01.0200 or V01.01.0300, the upgrade fails.  Specifically, the download portion of the process fails at about 40% every time that I attempt the upgrade.

I am running the upgrade on a Widows 10 Pro 32 bit System.

Where do I go from here to correct the problem?

Exactly the same problem here. Tried through the controller and Crystal Sky and with the Assistant 2 but same as you fails on download after 40%. PM'd DJI but no response so far.   DJI seriously need to fix these firmware update issues with the i2...

Same here, have been trying for 2 days different connections, but always fails at 40%. Server connection error etc.

New drone, new camera, new lens. Doesn't even work brand new, how do I PM DJI for help?

Same Here!!  I just unboxed it and I have the exact same issue.  To make matters worse, one of the batteries was DOA.  There goes my whole weekend

Did you get any error code? Please provide a screenshot of the situation. I would recommend you download the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 to upgrade your I2. Thanks for your support.

Are using DJI Assistant 2 v1.2.3, are there any newer versions? If not, it doesn't work.

Suddenly it worked today, but now after the update I have "cell error" on 4 out of 6 batteries. Any solution to this?

Suddenly it worked today for me as well.

I did the following, but I don't if this had any effect:

I uninstalled DJI Assistant 2 v1.2.0.  Rebooted my computer.  Installed DJI Assistant 2 v1.2.0.  I  ran the update procedure, and all went smoothly.

Hi guys, there was a server glitch yesterday, it should work now, sorry for the trouble caused, please keep me updated if there is further issue.

It fails for me when trying to transmit the firmware to the device. Error code 0x00. Checking the log, saying this



Tried several times. Upgrading on the device itself also fails, getting stuck at 99%.
