Just ordered my first drone, and have a few questions

My intention is to complete a flight foundations course in order to  obtain liability insurance. My understanding is that this insurance includes equipment as well as liability insurance?

If so, is it still worth it to get DJI care refresh, or is that just doubling up?

If I do need care refresh, what’s the go - i know about the 48hrs to activate, but do you need the serial number of the drone to order it? And is it delivered physically or electronically?
