Sorry guys. I should have thought through before I posted "closed". I changed the heading and #34 accordingly so we can continue.
I will post shortly what I was able to do to "plow" through the problem by foolin/spoofing the executable.
Quite simply, I kept changing up the variables, and my ace was the second camera. I neve got a definition of the [19 00] designation from DJI, but was fortunate in it finally taking.
More to follow tomorrow am.

19 00 module is the air end. I saw some users repeated the process but still failed, then the only solution is to send it back.

Hi Autumn, What is  0800 and 1500 that seems to be my problem, I installed an older verion of the app so I can see more details on the firmware and it sais that Air Encoder - Firmware unknown. What part of the AC is the Air Encoder?

Maybe related to air end. Cucu, did you contact support? I'm afraid that repair is needed.

I did, but with a reapair turn around of 6 weeks + Im really unhappy to have to send it out. I guess I will have to.

This solve my problem - see video.



I did use the drone camera to update RC - connect cabel to camera and then to RC.

I am having the same [19 00] error as you.
All other areas are updated.

I've read your posts a couple of times, but I'm not completely sure how you fixed it.
I don't understand what you mean by changing the executables.

Please help - I have a shoot coming up in a few days and need to find a solution on how to get the AC to take the update.

Is this just poorly translated Chinese, or does this actually make sense to anyone? I'm having this same issue with my Phantom 3 Pro, trying to upgrade firmware and experiencing constant failures, and getting the exact same "19 00" error in the hidden log file.

I also have no idea what is mean by "changing the executables"...help?
