My battery is discharged, but the LEDs are all on, as if charged.

Can someone help me?
My battery is original and has 23 cycles.

I would try charging and see what happens.

Have you had it longer than six months?

Is it the only battery you have? How do you know it is "dead"? Drone not powering up or the app telling you?

I've had this battery for 8 months..  I sold to a friend, he has a drone just like mine, but in him he gave this problem, and he already updated everything.
