This is my first drone! I flyed the drone for like six times. Yesterday I connected the drone via Wifi and now I can’t link the remote control. I tried all the link methods and dowlonaded the Assistant 2 but it will not recognize the rc. The rc and mavic air are up to date in the firmware’s. Anyone else with this problem??

I did that like 20 times and nothing happens. I think is a firmware problem.

I was able to connect the rc to the DJI Assistant 2 but it says Factory reset failed.

After the 60 seconds it says that

P.S. Nevertheless a somewhat weird solution that is not obvious for normal users to find. Problem thus remains to be resolved in principle.
