Does anyone know what might be causing this error.

Battery Error. Low discharging Temp. Warning

Cell Low Voltage Protection Warning.

It seems to be a craft issue, as I have put a new battery into the Phantom Vision and it still brought up this error.

Sounds like the battery or the Phantom is cold.  VERY cold and the protection system to throwing up a warning.  Are you also getting any LED indications?

Would be interesting to send it to DJI support and get a response. Would like to know what they say. Good for the ole memory bank.

I have a new battery and get the same ... I can not get my propellers to turn.. go on.  and no one in Milwaukee to give me advice.

Had a similar issue and turned out to be a crap battery, even though the battery was brand new.
