I’ve had several unexpected and unknown messages during a flight of my new Mavic Air this week. Here goes…

I got the message: Obstacle avoidance will be disabled during landing.Why would Obstacle Avoidance be disabled during landing? I turned on all ofthe “safety” features in turn menus.

I selected Rocket, but when I tried to engage it, I got a response prompting me to select a distance. What distance is it referring to? And after I select a range, what do I press next?

I climbed to 400’, intending to shoot a panorama, but got this message:  
Warning. Shooting is currently not permitted. I remember not being able to shoot a panorama because of high winds, but that wasn’t the case this day.

I was at 300’, when I got the message: ActiveTrack Flight Ended. Aircraft is entering a restricted area. I have no idea what it means, because I’m not in any kind of restricted airspace. There are no airports within 5 miles, just some low use heliports.

Any ideas?

You need OA disabled otherwise craft can’t land,

Altitude there should be a slider to set height.

Think 400 is out of the limit for panorama, they work much better under 50 metres.

Restricted areas NFZ will not allow you to fly into they are geo fenced.
