I wonder folk could help me diagnose my MP Camera problem.

Basically i get no video feed from the camera onto the tablet/phone.   I’ve tried different tablets, phones, cables, SD cards but still not video.

This is a refurbed MP bought over from the states by a friend.  On unboxing everything else works fine.  Apart from a initial issue with the gimbal it flies well but no images.  Ive confirmed it wont take photos or video.  Using the Go4 app I cant even access the SD card, getting a camera disconnected message.

I suspect a camera cable fault but before I take it apart is there anything else I should consider.

Please check if could you control the gimbal by the RC. If the gimbal doesn't move, please try to relink the drone and RC. Or please check if there is a need to update the firmware. If it doesn't help, please provide us with some screenshots for better confirmation. Or you can contact our support for a further help: http://www.dji.com/support

Ive successfully connected my tablet by both RC and WiFi.  Still no camera, but all other functions work fine

May I know which mobile devices you've been tried? Please provide some screenshots for troubleshooting.

I've had the MP professionally inspected.  The view is that it's a problem with the camera sensor.  Sadly that means replacing the whole gimbal assembly.  An expensive job, though the part is available in the UK.  You can't buy the camera separately from the gimbal.
