Sorry if this has been covered but I couldn't find anything by searching.
I just got my Osmo Mobile 2 and am trying to use it with an iPhone X. Everything has the latest firmware and iOS (as far as I can tell).

When I try to select my object to track, the DJI Go app selects something about an inch to the left.  The green box ends up around an object not related to my subject and always over to the left at least an inch from what I selected.  It happens every time.

I can sort of compensate by guessing the distance and selecting further right on the screen than where the object is but of course, this is less than ideal.

Is this a known thing or something I'm doing wrong?

That is weird..
Is it like immediate, or when you release your finger the selection is off?

When I let my finger off.  I'm working on a video to show the problem.

Normal mode.  Customer service doesn't have any ideas.  Also tried re-installing app.  Same issue.  I'm going to try a different phone before I send this unit back as they are requesting.

Other things work as expected?

Mindy, thanks for the reply.  Case "CAS-1605616-S8B8J3" was opened for this to send the unit back.  

Since this is a known issue, I won't send the OSMO back.

DJI Mindy (post #7 above) mentioned it was a known issue.  The support chat rep I had yesterday was not aware of the issue.

I did just try it on another iDevice and had the same issue.  I really thought it would be a problem with the iPhone X but I verified the same problem on an iPhone 5.

Ok, even more strange.
I checked today, mine is working fine on the OM1.
