I have bought my Mavic Air with DJI care refresh. (back in January)

  

  

What if I must use Care Refresh when back to Brazil?

  

   I know there is no DJI Care Refresh there, but I guess I can mail the drone back to the US to get it repaired. Right?

And... to receive the Drone back, will DJI send it to me in Brazil or I have to ask for some friend (here in the US) to get it and send it?

Yes, you'd have to send your drone back to the US since that's where you purchased your DJI Care coverage.

Hi Adriano, if you purchased DJI Care Refresh in the United States, you will have to send in the drone to US official repair center for DJI Care Refresh service, currently, we only provide free shipping label to North American Areas, it would be more convenient to have a US address.
