Hello,

I just received a 'new' DJI Phantom 3 Pro from an Amazon seller.

Within the third party packaging, is the DJI box. Of the two clear circular seals on the top, one is broken all the way through. The other is a little damage but still intact.

Is there any way to run the S/N to see if it was ever activated or anything?

Was it advertised as "new"?

Was the seller a DJI authorized dealer?  If not, you may have no warranty and so you might want to return it right away.  

You could send the link of the drone on amazon and maybe we as a team could identify it.

If you register the drone and it already has a "name" - it's at least been registered before you got it

Hello, my S/N is P76DCF25016582

Upon opening the box, everything appears to be brand new. I haven't powered up to activate or update it yet.

I purchased it through RageCams, and it showed up in a larger Sam's Club box with eBay tape.

The link that you sent me. I good thank you. I searched the link and the drone is brand new. It was sold by DJI. Just confirm did it come in the original box that says Phantom 3?

Yup it did, and honestly it was 90% sealed but I was a little worried as one of the seals was broken. Could have been something that happened in the warehouse. See photos

It looks good sometimes seals break because of ware. I hope you have fun flying!!

maybe the P3P was trying to get out

Per the system, the drone has not be activated for now. Please try to activate the drone and test the performance first. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
